Through my experience leading and delivering these courses daily in school, I have up-to-date knowledge of effective strategies and understand which ones truly work.
Computational Thinking
Rather than simply teaching the syntax and basics, I focus on the core fundamentals of programming, providing students with a strong foundation to build and advance their skills.
Teaching, Learning & Resources
Every student will have access to a resource area where session tasks, independent activities and other learning materials can be accessed before and after tutoring sessions. Students will have the opportunity to practice up-to-date assessments and receive quality feedback and a breakdown to assist in reaching those top grades.
With major success in teaching NEAs and Programming based projects I can also coach and assist not only the code but also the write up required.

Hello! I’m Rob, the Subject Leader for Computer Science and IT at a large secondary school in the UK, with over nine years of teaching experience.
I primarily teach the OCR specification, but I’m well-versed in other exam boards and have gained experience with them through tutoring. In addition to working with school-aged learners, I’ve also taught adults the fundamentals of programming, helping them take their first steps into the world of coding.
I’m a strong advocate for learning through fun and challenge, and I strive to inspire a genuine curiosity and love of learning in all my students.
